Return & Exchange Information:
Thank you for shopping at Dream Birthday, where all purchases are 100% guaranteed! If you need to make a return or exchange, please follow the directions provided below.

Exchanges:
If you would like to make an exchange for another item, please call us at 717-266-3419.

Returns:
Please follow these steps to return an item for a refund:
1. Complete and print our return form found on the back of your invoice and enclose it with your package (Please indicate the proper return code).
2. Securely package the item(s) to be returned.
3.Remove the return label from your invoice form and secure it to your package.
4. Return your package to us using the mail carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that provide a package tracking number for your security.

Please Note:
1. Shipping charges are not reimbursed nor do we give you a refund for the shipping you paid us to ship your item to you unless the product was defective or you received the wrong item.
2. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
3. If you are receiving a credit card refund, please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for your credit to appear.
4. Please return merchandise within 30 days of receipt to ensure proper credit.

Our Shipping Policy:
We will ship your orders out within 24 hrs of receipt of your order on business days.
If you order is received on the weekend we will ship next business day to you.
We have offered several kinds of ship options for you to choose the best delivery time frame for your event.
If you don't see a time frame that suits you or need more help with shipping please call our store.
Please note on orders paid for overnight orders received by 2pm EST will go out the same day orders received after 2pm EST will ship the next day.

Please note on all overnight orders THESE MUST BE SIGNED FOR.

If you are not there for the package WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGE IF NOT DELIVERED BY THE POST OFFICE ON TIME.

If you don't get your package on time and the POST OFFICE DID ATTEMPT TO DELIVER WE WILL NOT REFUND SHIP CHARGES, if the post office WAS DELAYED AND DID NOT ATTEMPT to deliver we will make a claim and get you the overnight shipping fees back.
